Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to join the activity — no refunds apply.
Not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with conditions that may limit safe participation.
Please inform us before your tour about any medical conditions or allergies (food, insects, etc.).
Maximum weight limit: 275 lbs (125 kg) per participant.
Guests must follow all guide instructions for their safety; failure to comply may result in early return without refund.
Tours are subject to weather and port conditions. If canceled due to bad weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 48 hours before: no penalty (only system & payment fees).
Within 24 hours: 60% charge.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% charge.
Rescheduling: Allowed once, up to 24 hours before your tour, subject to availability.
No-shows: No refund or rescheduling available.
