⚠️ Safety & Participation
Safety always comes first — our guides will ensure all participants are in a suitable condition to paddle.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be issued.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or for participants with certain medical or physical conditions that could limit safe paddling.
Please inform our team before your tour of any allergies, medical conditions, or physical impairments. This helps us keep you and everyone else safe.
Guests weighing over 275 lbs (125 kg) may not be able to participate due to board limitations.
Failing to follow guide instructions or acting recklessly may result in being returned to the start point — with no refund.
🌤️ Weather & Cancellations
This experience depends on good weather and open-port conditions.
If your tour is postponed due to weather or a port closure, you can choose a new date or receive a full refund.If the weather is approved but you or your group cannot attend, the following applies:
Up to 48 hours before the tour: No cancellation fee (except for system and processing costs of 16% + 3.5% for payment refunds).
Within 24 hours: 60% of the total price will be charged.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
🔁 Rescheduling & No-Shows
You may reschedule once, up to 24 hours before your tour, depending on availability.
No-shows and late arrivals cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
No refund is offered if a participant is intoxicated, fails to comply with safety policies, or hides a medical condition that could cause risk.
💳 Refund Processing
We cover system and payment processing fees for all confirmed bookings as a courtesy.
However, in case of late cancellations, no-shows, or disqualification due to safety reasons, these costs can no longer be absorbed and will apply as stated above.
