  • Daily departures: Tours start at 9:00 AM and run every hour until 1:00 PM (last departure at 1:00 PM).

  • Check-in & punctuality: Arrive 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may miss the tour without refund.

  • Cancellations & refunds: Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Operator may cancel due to weather or safety — full refund or alternate date offered in that case.

  • Payment: Payment method will be confirmed at booking (payment required as specified at time of purchase/booking).

  • Transport: Transportation to/from Cabo Marina is not included.

  • Health & accessibility: Not recommended for pregnant guests or individuals with severe mobility or medical limitations without prior notice. Please inform us of special needs at booking.
