1. Check-in & Safety Briefing — Meet at the assigned gate in Cabo San Lucas Marina; short safety orientation.

2. Departure — Board our traditional panga with glass-bottom viewing panel.

3. Whale Watching Cruise — Slow, respectful approach to whale activity zones; guided narration & photo opportunities.

4. Glass-Bottom Viewing — Pause over areas of interest so you can view life below the surface.

5. Return to Marina — Relaxing cruise back with final remarks and disembarkation.

• Tour length: 2 hours.

• Daily departures: Tours start at 9:00 AM and run every hour until 1:00 PM (last departure at 1:00 PM).

• Check-in time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure for check-in and briefing.

• Adults (Ages 8+): US$ 55.00 per person.

• Children (Ages 5–7): US$ 27.50 per child (50% off).

• Infants (0–4): FREE.

• Maximum capacity: 10 passengers per panga.

• Wildlife sightings: Whale activity is seasonal and natural — while sightings are highly likely during whale season (typically December to April), they cannot be guaranteed. We always follow local regulations and ethical whale-watching guidelines.

• Check-in & punctuality: Arrive 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may miss the tour without refund.

• Cancellations & refunds: Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Operator may cancel due to weather or safety — full refund or alternate date offered in that case.

• Payment: Payment method will be confirmed at booking (payment required as specified at time of purchase/booking).

• Transport: Transportation to/from Cabo Marina is not included.

• Health & accessibility: Not recommended for pregnant guests or individuals with severe mobility or medical limitations without prior notice. Please inform us of special needs at booking.

• Respectful behavior: For the safety and comfort of wildlife and other guests, please follow your guide’s instructions at all times.

• Light jacket (ocean breeze can be cool).

• Sunglasses and hat.

• Biodegradable sunscreen (please help protect marine life).
